We specialise in couples and relationship therapy, infidelity and betrayal, communication and conflict resolution, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, body image, gender and sexuality, and NDIS disability. Based in Forster, we provide in-person and online telehealth services across the MidCoast region and beyond, including Tea Gardens, Gloucester, Tamworth, and Port Macquarie. Through our EAP (Employee Assistance Program) we also support local businesses.
When people meet with us, they often describe feeling desperate, angry, helpless, stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. Life may feel like it’s unravelled, leaving you lost or without direction. As your therapist, we’ll walk alongside you, helping you find understanding, meaning, and a way forward.
Supporting your journey
Relationships are at the heart of our well-being. We’re wired for stable connection, and having secure attachments helps us make sense of life and face its challenges with resilience. Whether grieving the loss of a loved one, navigating relationship challenges, or seeking emotional balance, finding our place of belonging is essential.
Unspoken questions are core to many emotional struggles: "Do you love me? Are you there for me? Can I trust you?" It’s crucial for those healing from relationship trauma to have a safe, non-judgmental space to confront and resolve those deep wounds. Therapy takes courage, and with strength and determination you can face your unspoken issues and find your way forward.

A bit about me
When I’m not counselling, you’ll find me enjoying beach and bush walks, playing with my cat, reading, and indulging in great coffee. I’m an Australian woman, a wife, mum of four adult children, and a proud grandma. Life has taught me valuable lessons, and so, I’m passionate about helping others because I’ve walked through my own challenges—including domestic violence and infidelity. These personal experiences deepened my understanding of resilience, healing, and the power of connection. Whether you’re facing trauma, navigating disability, or working through life’s ups and downs, I can help you unlock your full potential; I truly believe that healing and growth are possible for everyone.

I bring over two decades of expertise in couple relationship training and support, including pre-marital counselling, relationship strengthening, and conflict resolution, and have broad experience in cross-cultural settings and faith-based organisations. I hold a Post-Graduate Certificate in Counselling and am on track to complete Masters in Counselling by 2025.
Therapeutic approach
My therapeutic approach is guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which emphasises that resisting or avoiding emotions often makes them more difficult to manage. I will help you learn to respond to your thoughts and emotions in a new way, allowing you to focus on building a meaningful and fulfilling life aligned with your values. Together, we will set goals tailored to your concerns, whether they involve life changes, stress, anxiety, depression, body image, gender, or sexuality.
A bit about me
Like many, I’ve navigated life’s challenges, including caring for aging parents and working through betrayal trauma in a past relationship. This experience sparked my passion for connecting deeply with others and helping them overcome limitations to reach their full potential. Everyone wants and needs to be heard; I believe that being truly heard is both supportive and healing.
As a certified Prepare/Enrich relationship facilitator, I have over 20 years of experience in couple relationships, seven years in pastoral care, and more than a decade in international design software and technical training, my background spans architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate. Before COVID-19, I spent 10 years living in Bratislava and Krakow, training and facilitating scores of Community Transformation programs across Central and Eastern Europe.
